       Skin diseases are the problem that refers to the abnormality of skin. There are innumerable skin diseases that are prevalent.        Skin diseases can cause embarrassing and annoying conditions like chiggers, acne, rosacia, cysts, lichens, psoriasis and boils. Some of the most common symptoms of skin diseases are redness, swelling, irritation, itching and at times pain as well. Dietary issues, stress, nutrient deficiencies can lead to many skin diseases. Prolonged exposure to UV rays can also lead to diseases like skin cancer.

Many people have certain problems concerning dry skin only while many others are solely troubled by the itchy skin.        Each of the skin diseases has their own distinct symptoms, but it is generally easy to recognize skin diseases as they change the appearance of the skin to a certain extent and also some of them cause irritation. Most of the skin diseases are normally identified by merely their appearances and symptoms, but there still are a few of them for which you may have to go for blood testing to confirm if you are afflicted with that particular skin disease only.
